- Conduct occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric population.

- Monitor progress, adapt interventions, and ensure safe, effective care in the home environment.

- Fulfill all required training, licensing/credentialing tasks, and internal communications in a timely manner.
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent)
- Active, unrestricted OT license in your state of residence
- Ability to obtain licensure in state(s) where Expressable is hiring
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical OT experience
- Pediatric experience in developmental areas (fine motor, gross motor, sensory, ADLs)
- Proficiency with technology and ability to adapt to digital tools; Medicaid experience
