Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Diagnose and plan care for fine motor, gross motor, sensory, and ADLs.
• Educate caregivers on strategies, home programs, and therapeutic tools.
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions for safe, effective home care.
• Complete documentation per Expressable quality and timeliness standards.
• Complete training, licensing tasks, and internal communications in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT/OTD).
• Active, unrestricted OT license in your state.
• Licensure eligibility where Expressable hires.
• Minimum 2 years pediatric OT experience.
• Pediatric development areas experience (fine motor, gross motor, sensory, ADLs).
• Proficiency with technology, Medicaid experience, and teletherapy preferred.
