🎯 Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent).
- Active, unrestricted OT license in your state of residence.
- Ability to obtain licensure in state(s) where Expressable is hiring.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical OT experience.
- Pediatric experience in developmental areas (fine motor, gross motor, sensory, ADLs).
- Proficiency with technology and ability to adapt to new digital tools independently.
