Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct OT sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Develop care plans addressing fine motor, gross motor, sensory, and ADLs.
• Educate caregivers on adaptive strategies, home programs, and tools to support carryover and long-term outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adapt interventions in the home environment.
• Complete documentation per Expressable quality standards.
• Fulfill training, licensing/credentialing tasks, and internal communications in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted OT license in your state of residence.
• Ability to obtain licensure in state(s) where Expressable is hiring.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical OT experience.
• Pediatric experience in developmental areas (fine motor, gross motor, sensory, ADLs).
• Proficiency with technology and ability to adapt to new digital tools independently.
