• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team to build treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.
• Deliver in-clinic and telehealth services with consistent documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Massachusetts OT license or eligibility to practice.
• Pediatric OT experience with sensory integration and developmental disorders.
• Strong collaboration with transdisciplinary teams and family-centered care.
• Experience delivering therapy in-clinic and via telehealth.
• Proficiency with standardized assessments and goal setting.
• Excellent communication with patients and families; culturally sensitive.
