- Conduct OT assessments in facility and home to define care needs and goals.
- Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
- Deliver and document interventions as agreed in participant care plans
- Provide active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, and ADL training
- Work with Therapy Assistants to implement Functional Maintenance Programs
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy; Master's preferred
- Two years in clinical setting with frail/elderly population preferred
- Valid California OT license or license eligibility
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
- Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience preferred
