- Coordinate and provide restorative and rehabilitative OT services with the IDT.
- Maximize participant independence and safety; enhance ADLs.
- Conduct OT assessments in facility and occasional home visits.
- Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
- Deliver and document interventions per participant plans.
- Provide active and passive exercise, gait, and ADL training.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy; master's preferred.
- Two years in clinical setting with frail/elderly population preferred.
- Valid California OT License, or license eligibility.
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification upon hire preferred.
