Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Coordinate and provide restorative and rehabilitative OT services with the IDT.
• Maximize participant independence and safety; enhance ADLs.
• Conduct OT assessments in facility and occasional home visits.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions per participant plans.
• Provide active and passive exercise, gait, and ADL training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy; master's preferred.
• Two years in clinical setting with frail/elderly population preferred.
• Valid California OT License, or license eligibility.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification upon hire preferred.
