Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations of functional status (muscle function, endurance, vision, ADL/IADL).
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects; develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Continually assess and revise the OT care plan; participate with nursing on the MDT.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience.
• Graduation from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
