Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct OT assessments in our facility and in the home.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions per participant care plans.
• Provide active and passive exercises, gait, and ADL training.
• Collaborate with Therapists, providers, and disciplines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred.
• Two years in a clinical setting with frail/elderly population preferred.
• Valid California OT license or license eligibility.
• Mandarin fluency required.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.
