Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Coordinate restorative and rehabilitative OT with the IDT to maximize independence.
• Build long-term relationships with participants.
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, and disciplines.
• Deliver and document interventions per participant care plans.
• Occasionally assess participants in the facility and at home.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred.
• Two years clinical experience with frail/elderly population preferred.
• Valid California OT license or license eligibility.
• CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; certification at hire preferred.
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or SNF experience preferred.
