📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, and treat sensory integration and developmental disorders in children.
• Apply Cortica’s Whole Child Approach to care.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to plan treatment.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat sessions in clinic and telehealth.
• Establish therapy goals using dynamic and standardized assessments.
• Contribute to autism diagnostic process through standardized tools (e.g., ADOS).

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted OT license in the state of practice.
• Ability to obtain licensure in other states Cortica operates in.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
• First aid/CPR training.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office for documentation.
• Experience with standardized assessments such as ADOS.
• In-person and telehealth therapy delivery skills.
