Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct OT assessments in facility and home to define needs and goals.
• Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions per participant care plans.
• Provide active and passive exercise, gait, and ADL training.
• Work with Therapy Assistants to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred.
• Two years in a clinical setting with frail/elderly population preferred.
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or license eligibility.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; certification preferred.
