- Coordinate and provide restorative OT with IDT.

- Assess participants in facility and at home.
- Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
- Deliver and document interventions per care plans.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; Master’s preferred.
- Two years in a clinical setting with frail/elderly preferred.
- Valid California OT License or license eligibility.
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.
