- Conduct OT assessments in facility and home to define care needs and goals.
- Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
- Deliver and document interventions per participant care plans.
- Provide active and passive exercise, gait, and ADL training.
- Collaborate with Therapy Assistants to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP).
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred.
- Two years in clinical setting with frail/elderly population preferred.
- Valid California OT license or license eligibility.
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.
