Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Establish OT goals using dynamic and standardized assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions within scope.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to build integrated treatment plans.
• Administer standardized assessments (e.g., ADOS) as appropriate.
• Deliver play-based, neurodiversity-affirming interventions to meet goals.
• Provide in-person and telehealth therapy; document in EMR within timeframes.

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
• CPR/First Aid training current within 90 days of employment.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other Cortica states.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
