- Conduct OT assessments in facility and home to define needs and goals.
- Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
- Deliver and document interventions as agreed in care plans.
- Provide active and passive exercise, gait, and ADL training.
- Work with Therapy Assistants to implement Functional Maintenance Programs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred.
- Two years in a clinical setting with frail/elderly population preferred.
- Valid California OT license, or license eligibility.
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; maintain thereafter.
