🎯 Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT/OTD)
- Active, unrestricted OT license in your state
- Ability to obtain licensure where Expressable is hiring
- 2+ years clinical OT experience
- Pediatric experience in development areas (fine motor, gross motor, sensory, ADLs)
- Proficiency with technology and digital tools
