🎯 Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT/OTD)
- Active, unrestricted OT license in your state of residence
- Ability to obtain licensure in states where Expressable is hiring
- Minimum 2 years of clinical OT experience
- Pediatric experience with evaluations/interventions in development areas
- Proficiency with technology and adapting to new digital tools
