  • Schedule donor occupational health testing in vendor systems.
  • Process and complete drug and occupational health test results for clients.
  • Learn and apply regulated processes for drug/occupational health testing.
  • Consult with/vendors, labs, clinics, and medical review on abnormal results.
  • Respond to client and internal inquiries about test results; meet SLA.
  • Record details of calls and tasks in Salesforce; assist the team as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive).
  • Ability to multitask and type 35+ WPM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred.
  • Must take ownership, be open, work as one, and stay curious.
