Oversee pre-employment medical clearance process.
Coordinate annual employee health screenings (immunizations, TB tests, respirator clearance).
Manage employee health programs, regulatory compliance, and infection prevention.
Respond to occupational exposures and support workplace safety.
Partner with Practice/Clinical Operations, People Operations, and Clinical leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Active, unrestricted RN license in CA or applicable state.
2–3 years nursing experience; preferably in occupational/employee health.
BSN preferred.
COHN or COHN-S certification preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers’ comp; experience with EHR.
Strong communication, confidentiality, and clinical judgment.
