Design, implement, and maintain scalable observability for cloud-native systems.
Own monitoring across AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments.
Operate self-hosted stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo.
Manage and optimize DataDog metrics, logs, APM, alerts, and costs.
Improve observability architecture for high availability and scalability.
Automate observability infrastructure with Terraform and Helm.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in monitoring/observability in cloud-native environments.
Strong AWS services experience.
5+ years Kubernetes monitoring, logs, traces, SLOs/SLIs.
Self-hosted stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo.
DataDog experience: metrics, logs, APM, alerts, cost monitoring.
IaC automation (Terraform, Helm) and CI/CD integration.
