🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in monitoring/observability in cloud-native environments
- Strong AWS experience; 5+ years; hands-on Kubernetes
- Solid Kubernetes monitoring: metrics, logs, traces, SLOs/SLIs
- Experience operating self-hosted monitoring stacks
- DataDog experience (metrics, logs, APM, alerts, cost)
- IaC and CI/CD automation (Terraform, Helm) and CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions a plus)
