🎯 Requirements

4+ years in observability or platform/infrastructure.
Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, VictoriaLogs, Clickhouse for logging.
Linux: kernel-level debugging and perf on bare metal and virtualized hosts.
Kubernetes: production workloads; Namespaces, Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress.
Go or Python; build tools and automation; infrastructure as code.
Prometheus and VictoriaMetrics for metrics; Grafana Tempo for tracing.
