🎯 Requirements

- Advanced tracing systems (Grafana Tempo, Jaeger) and log platforms (Loki, Elasticsearch).
- Cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes architecture.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or similar.
- Excellent communication; ability to influence technical direction.
- Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or CKA.
