- Advanced tracing (Grafana Tempo, Jaeger) and log systems (Loki, Elasticsearch).
- Cloud infra (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes architecture; Go/Python.
- Excellent communication; ability to influence across teams; Certifications (GCP Architect or CKA).
