Role Description
We’re looking for a Growth PM to drive revenue growth by optimising web-to-app funnels, fine-tuning monetisation and increasing LTV.
You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling Open, with the chance to build much from scratch and shape the company’s trajectory. This is a strategic role that also requires rolling up your sleeves and driving execution.
This role will be based remotely with anticipated visits to our LA office.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities Create, optimize, and personalize web onboarding funnels to achieve growth objectives at scale through rapid, iterative testingDiagnose bottlenecks across the funnel and guide prioritizationRun monetisation experiments, pricing, upsells, and initiatives to increase LTVMonitor and analyse KPIs, translating hands-on data analysis into actionable insights and impactful initiativesBuild consistent frameworks, metrics, reporting, processes, and measurement systems for growth efforts and experimentsPartner with UA and the marketing team to drive growth through channel optimisation and holistic user flows What drives success for this role 2+ years in product growth, with emphasis on conversion optimisation and onboarding funnels, ideally in a B2C startupProven expertise in designing, running, and analysing A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retentionCustomer-centric mindset with a sharp focus on commercial metricsStrong experience with data-driven experimentation; hands-on familiarity with web onboarding tools is a plusTrack record of working effectively with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth outcomesAbility to prioritise ruthlessly and deliver high impact quickly Data-driven, insight-led, and experimentation-focused mindsetIntellectual honesty, always striving to improve and learnResourceful, optimistic, tenacious, confident, and full of energySelf-starter, forward-thinking, innovative, and comfortable owning big responsibilitiesAmbitious, results-driven with a bias to action.
