O&E Coordinator

📋 Description

• Answer calls from prospective participants; follow up on referrals.
• Explain WelbeHealth enrollment process; convert inquiries to home visits.
• Assign enrollments to Benefits Coordinator for financial verification.
• Demonstrate knowledge of MOEE Playbook.
• Schedule home visits, LOC visits, assessments, and enrollment conferences.
• Assist MOEE Director and team in meetings; document tasks in Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field; bachelor's preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Experience in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and/or Athena preferred.
