The Company
At Nylas, we specialize in making it easier for developers to add email, calendar, and contact management features into their applications. We provide APIs, which streamline the integration of these functionalities, ensuring they are secure and effective. This enables better, safer, and more reliable communication within apps.
Supporting over 100,000 developers and collaborating with more than 900 companies globally, Nylas plays a pivotal role in how digital communication tools are built and utilized. Our technology spans various sectors, from healthcare to education, simplifying the complex process of app development related to communications. By reducing the barriers in communication technology, we empower developers to innovate and enhance user interaction across platforms.
Location: This remote-first position is exclusively for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We will only consider applicants who are currently residing in Toronto and surrounding areas.
Connectivity builds the core APIs, SDKs, and tooling that unify multiple providers and protocols (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, IMAP/SMTP, CalDAV) into a single developer-friendly surface. We operate with a high degree of autonomy, and each Product Manager owns high-impact problem spaces that directly move developer experience, adoption, and customer outcomes.
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own a subset of the Connectivity Suite (Email, Calendar, Contacts), set a clear vision for these products aligned with the business vision, and drive post-signup growth. You’ll work with Engineering, Design, PMM, and Customer Success (CSM) to ship high-quality, high-impact capabilities while improving the end-to-end developer journey (docs → first API call → production).
While we operate as a distributed company, this Product Manager role requires you to be based in the Greater Toronto Area for collaboration with our Toronto-based team and clients. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside within the GTA.

Comfortable learning, understanding, and communicating technical subject matter with ease.
Demonstrated execution in fast-paced environments with strong ownership and bias for action.
Creative, status-quo-challenging mindset; you push beyond conventional solutions and turn constraints into opportunities.

Prior work improving developer onboarding (Quickstarts, samples, CLIs, SDKs, docs).
