Nursing Editor (RN/NP)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create content for US RN/NP students.
• Advise editorial team with insights on RN/NP learning needs.
• Enhance didactic value by applying AMBOSS styles and structures.
• Learn our CMS to create practice questions and articles (no tech background).
• Integrate user feedback and update content with new guidelines.
• Use AI tools (LLMs) thoughtfully with human oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• RN or NP licensure.
• Excellent English (C1+ spoken and written).
• Digital literacy and fluency.
• Experience with US nursing licensure exams (NCLEX, AANP, ANCC).
• Availability: 32+ hours/week (full-time or near-full-time).
• Current or previous AMBOSS user (a plus).
• Experience creating educational content or tutoring (a plus).
• Located in or willing to relocate to Germany; other EU locations may be considered.
