Nursery Technician I

📋 Description

• Assist in upkeep and stocking of the grow area.
• Water, feed, flush, prune, wash plants.
• Clone, transplant, and transfer plants between stages.
• Perform facility maintenance under Cultivation GM.
• Maintain clean, compliant nursery operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum age 21+ and pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Rotating shifts incl. evenings/weekends.
• Propagation/young plant experience preferred.
• One weekend shift required (Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
