🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with CalAIM populations (homeless, SMI/SUD, post-incarceration).
- Street medicine or related settings experience; familiarity with SF Bay Area resources.
- Comfort delivering direct care in outdoor/field-based settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
- Travel up to 75% with CA driver's license and insured vehicle.
- Licenses: CA RN, CA NP, NP board cert, Furnishing Number, DEA/eligible, NPI, BLS.
