🎯 Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- 3-5 years in retail management, service-focused (jewelry a plus).
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Customer-obsessed; lead by example on the selling floor.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
- Proficient with Google Suite and POS systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand 8 hours.
