🎯 Requirements
- BSN with active RN license (compact preferred) or PT degree with PT license.
- 3-5 years in telephonic care management and post-acute care.
- Active Illinois license in good standing.
- Experience in Utilization Management/Utilization Review.
- Experience in kidney care or related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
