🎯 Requirements
- At least 2 years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools; Boolean and X-ray searches.
- Persistence, consistency, and attention to detail; strong candidate experience focus.
- Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; self-motivated.
- Kind, warm, and thoughtful; represent the company to thousands of candidates.
- Willing to contribute across recruiting ops: ATS, sourcing channels, interviews, data analysis.
