Head of Internal Audit

📋 Description

• Build and lead Internal Audit function from the ground up.
• Hire, mentor, and lead the Internal Audit team.
• Design and execute the SOX 404 readiness program.
• Drive risk-based audits across finance, operations, security, and tech.
• Partner with CFO, CAO, GC, and Audit Committee for governance.
• Prepare for IPO with scalable controls and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in internal audit, risk management, or related field.
• Pre-IPO SOX implementation expertise building function.
• Public company experience managing Internal Audit operations.
• Strong COSO, PCAOB, and ITGCs knowledge.
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• SaaS/tech audit experience with complex revenue and cloud infra.
