🎯 Requirements
- 10 years in partner programs, ecosystem strategy, or GTM ops (SaaS preferred).
- Experience building programs and systems that scale adoption.
- Strong “operator-builder” instincts: ship, instrument, learn, iterate.
- Experience with services ecosystems (consultants, agencies, SIs) and productizing delivery.
- Comfort designing lifecycle funnels and operating cadences (activation, retention, segmentation, comms).
- A point of view on modern partner motion when product, automation, and AI scale.
