📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across our Business teams as a trusted advisor.
• Own end-to-end recruiting—from sourcing to close—high-touch candidate experience.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform hiring strategy.
• Design structured, scalable hiring processes across intake, interviews, calibration.
• Use data and insights to improve funnel health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance.
• Hybrid role based in SF or NY office.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment, with Marketing exp.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive clarity in fast-moving settings.
• Strong sourcing and closing instincts with market fluency across Marketing.
• Operational rigor and data-driven decision making.
• Resilience and optimism guiding complex, high-visibility searches.
• Excellent communication and judgment delivering candidate experiences.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range in SF: $166,000 - $195,000.
