- Own post-sales journey: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell.

- Full lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, upsell.
- Experience managing SMBs to Enterprise clients.
- Experience creating CS processes and resources.
- High EI; proactive problem solving.
- Located in APAC region.
