  • Own post-sales journey: onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell.
  • Manage book of business in APAC; renewals and upsell.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders; report on health metrics.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions; act as the voice of the customer.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/CS tools (HubSpot, ChurnZero).
  • On-call duty may be required outside office hours.

  • CS/Account Mgmt in Crypto/FinTech/RegTech SaaS; manage book of business.
  • Full lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, upsell.
  • Experience managing SMBs to Enterprise clients.
  • Experience creating CS processes and resources.
  • High EI; proactive problem solving.
  • Located in APAC region.
