  • Own the full state P&L: revenue, margins, working capital, headcount.
  • Lead end-to-end operations: warehousing, fleet, last-mile, inventory, METRC.
  • Lead the commercial team: brand/retailer growth, marketplace adoption, and BillPay.
  • Own regulator relationships; ensure audit-ready compliance and licensing.
  • Be the face of Nabis: strategic brand/retailer relationships; represent at events and regulators/media.
  • Translate strategy into execution: state playbook; identify and ship new opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of senior leadership with at least 3 years P&L ownership.
  • Hands-on operator of physical ops at scale: distribution, warehousing, last-mile.
  • Real-time marketplace fluency; understand supply-demand on a two-sided platform.
  • Commercial range: closed enterprise deals, pricing, and executive accounts.
  • Regulated-industry instincts; cannabis, alcohol, pharma; treat compliance as a feature.
  • Travel and presence; willing to be on-site full-time and travel 20-30%.
