📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end sales process from lead contact to signing.
  • Build and manage pipeline via inbound and targeted outbound.
  • Be quarterback – coordinate with Northbeam teams to drive opportunities.
  • Qualify fit and derive value from Northbeam’s product.
  • Maintain CRM, track data, and log activity.
  • Be main contact for customer communications from sales to success.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in mid-market and/or Enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent relationship-building skills; trusted advisor
  • Experience handling many deals in a high-velocity environment
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills; leverage data for insights
