Director, Data Science

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives across MMM, Incrementality, and MTA.
• Own and deliver scalable, production-grade data products and models.
• Partner with Engineering, Product and Design to define tech design and roadmaps.
• Hire, mentor, and grow senior data scientists and tech leads.
• Turn customer pain points into concrete DS requirements and solutions.
• Drive rigorous validation and robust data pipelines with Data Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data science or ML engineering; 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain senior technical talent.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in statistics, econometrics, ML, or related.
• Strong foundation in causal inference, time series, Bayesian modeling, experimental design.
• Experience designing and deploying ML systems at scale with engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; BigQuery, Snowflake; MLOps and orchestration.
