- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in startup or high-growth.
- Proven experience recruiting for engineering, product, and data science.
- Strong understanding of ML, DevOps, Frontend/Backend roles.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple roles and candidates.
- Exceptional communication and a commitment to a great candidate experience.
- Based in Seattle and building our presence there.
