🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in startup or high-growth.
  • Proven experience recruiting for engineering, product, and data science.
  • Strong understanding of ML, DevOps, Frontend/Backend roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple roles and candidates.
  • Exceptional communication and a commitment to a great candidate experience.
  • Based in Seattle and building our presence there.
