- Review OASIS edits and communicate recommendations to clinicians.
- Perform final review and lock OASIS.

- Prevent Medicare denials by proper coding on the plan of care and OASIS.
- Provide support, education, and guidance on CMS guidelines to service offices via email/Zoom/phone.
🎯 Requirements
- Four-year college degree preferred.
- COS-C or HCS-O or COQS OASIS Certification required.
- HCS-D or BCHH-C Home Health Coding Certification required.
- Minimum 1 year coding and OASIS experience.
- Knowledge of OASIS, home health, and Medicare regs.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; detail oriented.
