- Proficient in Linux and Windows.
- Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Sumo Logic, Datadog.
- ITIL Incident/Change/Problem management.
- Troubleshoot SaaS performance and cloud service disruptions.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based support model.
