📋 Description

• Hands-on resolution of complex technical issues; maintain SaaS/web production infrastructure.
• Lead technology teams; improve service reliability and infrastructure.
• Recruit, train, and develop the NOC engineers team; drive KPI achievement.
• Handle escalations and coordinate multi-level incident response.
• Define and enforce config and change management to uphold network integrity.
• Facilitate cross-department meetings and customer collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as NOC Engineer in SaaS; at least 2 years as NOC Manager.
• Hands-on monitoring tech expertise and production troubleshooting.
• Design/implement monitoring systems (Datadog, Kibana, Grafana, Coralogix) for early issue detection.
• Create and maintain technical docs and customer-facing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and urgency for incident escalation.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and relationship-building.
• Ability to work flexible hours for off-hour activities.
