Own all P1/P2 incidents from detection to resolution.
Lead the bridge, drive stakeholder updates, and post-incident reviews within 10 days.
Build runbooks, KPIs, and change governance for NOC ops.
Maintain ops across 8 remote sites and monitoring stacks.
Lead strategic MSP transition (50–60% focus in 6 months).
Oversee Tier 1–3 coverage; on-call is compensated separately.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in network operations, NOC, or infrastructure engineering.
Proven incident leadership on P1/P2 events.
Hands-on FortiGate, Cisco Nexus/ProCurve, WAN, and OpenVPN experience.
Monitoring stacks: Zabbix, LibreNMS, Grafana, PagerDuty.
GCP infrastructure and Terraform (IaC) knowledge.
VPN access control and network automation tooling (Oxidized/Rundeck).
Calm under pressure, strong communicator, team-oriented.
