  • Administer maintenance plans for clientele (monthly/quarterly).
  • Assist NOC to automate recurring requests using Kaseya VSA, ConnectWise, PRTG, PowerShell.
  • Configure monitoring of client infra with PRTG, Kaseya VSA, ConnectWise.
  • Remediate alerts from monitoring tools across firewalls, switches, APs, servers.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents per procedures and SLAs.
  • Track time and work via ConnectWise Manage PSA.

  • 2+ years in customer-facing technical services.
  • TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC, QoS.
  • WAN/LAN routing, switching, security, load balancing.
  • WLAN: Meraki, UniFi, Cisco.
  • Windows Server/Desktop and Apple ecosystem; NAS.
  • Grandstream or other Asterisk-based PBX; Android/iOS; G Suite/Office365.
