- Administer maintenance plans for clientele (monthly/quarterly).
- Assist NOC to automate recurring requests using Kaseya VSA, ConnectWise, PRTG, PowerShell.
- Configure monitoring of client infra with PRTG, Kaseya VSA, ConnectWise.
- Remediate alerts from monitoring tools across firewalls, switches, APs, servers.
- Respond to and resolve incidents per procedures and SLAs.
- Track time and work via ConnectWise Manage PSA.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing technical services.
- TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC, QoS.
- WAN/LAN routing, switching, security, load balancing.
- WLAN: Meraki, UniFi, Cisco.
- Windows Server/Desktop and Apple ecosystem; NAS.
- Grandstream or other Asterisk-based PBX; Android/iOS; G Suite/Office365.
