Monitor LivePerson services and servers to ensure availability and performance.
Trigger operational runbooks for production incidents.
Troubleshoot production incidents when they occur.
Notify internal teams about service degradation in real time.
Coordinate with Support to ensure customer-reported incidents are resolved timely.
Provide data and updates during customer-impacting incidents.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year in a similar NOC/ops role; 1.5–2 years preferred.
Able to operate in a 24x7 shift environment (weekends/holidays).
Work 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Hybrid work mode; onsite except night/weekend shifts.
Networking concepts and Linux/GCP experience.
Scripting/Programming knowledge; monitoring tools familiarity.
