Monitor LivePerson services and servers; ensure high availability and performance.
Trigger operational procedures for production incidents.
Troubleshoot production incidents.
Manage internal incident notifications to update staff in real time.
Interact with Support to ensure incidents are resolved timely.
Provide data and status updates during customer affecting incidents.

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year in a similar NOC/ops role.
Able to operate in a 24x7 environment (shifts), including weekends/holidays.
8-9 hour shifts across a 24x7 schedule (07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00).
Hybrid mode: onsite except night and weekend shifts.
Excellent verbal and written English; strong communication.
GCP background and Linux experience; networking familiarity.
