  • Monitor LivePerson services to ensure high availability
  • Trigger procedures for production incidents
  • Troubleshoot production incidents
  • Notify internal teams about service degradation in real time
  • Collaborate with Support to resolve customer-reported incidents promptly
  • Provide data and status updates during customer-impacting incidents

  • At least 1 year in a similar role; 1.5โ€“2 years is a plus
  • Operate in a 24x7 operational environment (shifts), including weekends/holidays
  • Work 8โ€“9 hour shifts, 5 days a week (07:00โ€“15:00, 15:00โ€“23:00, 23:00โ€“07:00)
  • Hybrid mode โ€“ onsite except night and weekend shifts
  • Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Strong communication skills
  • Multitask and react quickly to multiple issues while following procedures
  • GCP experience and Linux environment familiarity
  • Familiarity with networking concepts
