- Monitor LivePerson services to ensure high availability
- Trigger procedures for production incidents
- Troubleshoot production incidents

๐ฏ Requirements
- At least 1 year in a similar role; 1.5โ2 years is a plus
- Operate in a 24x7 operational environment (shifts), including weekends/holidays
- Work 8โ9 hour shifts, 5 days a week (07:00โ15:00, 15:00โ23:00, 23:00โ07:00)
- Hybrid mode โ onsite except night and weekend shifts
- Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Strong communication skills
- Multitask and react quickly to multiple issues while following procedures
- GCP experience and Linux environment familiarity
- Familiarity with networking concepts
