- Identify recurring issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
- Escalate cases to Level 3 engineering when necessary, ensuring smooth handover.
🎯 Requirements
- Deep understanding of IP, VLANs, MAC, switching, routing, and optical networking.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, OpenGear.
- Proficiency with MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and other routing protocols.
- Minimum of 3 years of troubleshooting complex networks.
- Degree in IT or Networking; CCNA/CCNP a plus.
- Excellent English communication; able to collaborate with global teams.
